It's open to all staff across University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust.

The bigger the pot, the bigger the rewards for everyone!

Use your NHS email to sign in and fill in the form below. If you can't do this and don't have access to a device you can use, then please call us at (4)30332.

    Up to 10 tickets per month per participant, to increase your entries email us at phcfinance@nhs.net.
